HiFi Cabinet Company needed a site that communicated their lifestyle brand and stood out. We took them from an idea to a live store within 8 weeks. It’s time to get loud.
Tony and the team at Hifi Cabinet Company set out to create a brand created by sound enthusiasts committed to curating lifestyle apparel and unique listening room accessories. With killer products and tons of vision they had the vibe, but they were unsure of the steps to bring their store to the masses.
Create an ecommerce site within 8 weeks that creates a foundation for success.
Blare it. Wear it. Share it. That’s HiFi Cabinet Company’s slogan and we took that to heart. Working with Tony and the HiFi team we dove into development of a Shopify store that would not only represent their brand, but set them up for success in the long run. First we discussed the team’s vision and goals for the site in a kickoff meeting. After ensuring everyone was aligned with the vision we jumped into outlining the sitemap for the site and creating moodboards to properly reflect the brand. After a quick revision period we had the site outline and moodboard - we were ready to build. The team of designs and developers at DSD worked to quickly put together the primary pages for an initial review (homepage, collection view, single product view). Once Tony and the team felt these pages were pixel perfect we moved on to the remaining development tasks and pages. During this time period we also worked with HiFi to provide training on how mass products can be uploaded to the site as well as ensuring images were properly cropped and displayed throughout. In short order a full site was created for review and continued content population. As content was being finalized we moved into the training portion of our process to ensure the HiFi Cabinet Company was aware of how the site worked and how they could add/edit products, create new collections and change different areas of the site.
Within 8 weeks of work starting a brand new Shopify website was created https://hificabinetcompany.com. The HiFi Cabinet Company was thrilled and they’re now on the path to bringing their lifestyle brand to the masses.
